Saudi Arabia | Jeddah Tower continues to rise.. What's the story?

Arab Weather - Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported, quoting its sources, that the Jeddah Economic Company will sign an agreement today, Wednesday, with the Saudi Bin Laden Group to complete the construction work of the Jeddah Tower project, which is considered the tallest tower in the world, at a cost of more than 8 billion riyals.

The newspaper indicated that many local and international companies have expressed interest in participating in the competition to complete the project. According to data available from "Argaam", MEED Projects magazine reported in September 2023 that the Jeddah Economic Company had resumed work on the tower project, which is expected to exceed 1,000 meters in height.

It is noteworthy that the Jeddah Tower is part of the Jeddah Economic City project, which extends over an area of 5 million square meters, and is fully owned by the Jeddah Economic Company.
