Saudi Arabia: Thunderstorms resume in several areas of the Kingdom on Tuesday, and temperatures approach 50 degrees Celsius in the east

Arab Weather - The latest weather maps at the Arab Weather Center indicate expectations that thunderstorms will resume in many regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, as part of the successive waves of humidity sweeping through the region's atmosphere, and at the same time, temperatures are approaching 50 degrees Celsius in the Eastern Region.

Areas covered by rain forecast in the Kingdom on Tuesday

The specialists at the Arab Weather Center indicated that it is expected that the cumulus clouds will increase again in the afternoon hours of Tuesday in the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Al-Baha, eastern Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and southern Madinah Al-Munawwarah, accompanied by rain of varying intensity, thunderstorms, and hail at times, with heavy flow of valleys and ravines.

Rain is also likely to extend to the Tihama and coastal regions during the evening hours, especially in the Jazan and Asir regions.

Northwesterly winds are active in the eastern region, causing dust and dirt, especially in open areas and highways. Winds are also temporarily active during the passage of thunderclouds.

Temperatures approach 50 degrees Celsius in the east

The weather maps at the Arab Weather Center indicate that temperatures are expected to remain several degrees Celsius warmer than their usual rates in many regions of the Kingdom, and approach 50 degrees Celsius in parts of the Eastern Region, and thus hot to very hot weather will prevail in most regions.

On the contrary, moderate temperatures are expected to prevail in the Sarawat Mountains, with temperatures in the twenties in those areas, God willing.
