Weather of Arabia - Informed sources said that the Kingdom received 5 new rain seeding aircraft, including a special research plane that will enter service within days, according to a plan to increase rain seeding flights during the coming period.

The sources stated: According to Al Arabiya channel, today, Friday, the National Center is working to localize pilots in the field of rain seeding through the joining of 18 Saudi pilots.

Hussein Al-Qahtani, spokesman for the National Center of Meteorology, explained earlier that the amount of rain that fell last year 2023 amounted to about four billion cubic millimetres.
