Arab Weather - Weather experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center reported that weather systems in the northern hemisphere impose an absence of weather events on the Kingdom, as these systems cause Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries to be affected by a high pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere, leading to warmer than usual weather and temperatures higher than their normal rates for this time of year on Wednesday and Thursday.
In detail, the Kingdom is affected by a high pressure system in the upper atmosphere, accompanied by a warmer-than-usual air mass. On Wednesday and Thursday, temperatures will rise during the daytime hours to become 4-6 degrees Celsius higher than their usual rates. The weather will be moderate autumnal in the north of the Kingdom and the summer resorts, while it will tend to be hot in the rest of the regions, with maximum temperatures in the capital, Riyadh, ranging between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius, especially on Thursday.
Clouds will also appear at high altitudes in scattered forms, with variable-direction and moderate-speed winds, sometimes active in some northern and central regions. Some cumulus clouds will also multiply over limited parts of the southwest and west of the Kingdom, leading to local showers of rain.
Despite the expected rise in temperatures during the day, the weather will remain cold at night in most northern areas, which calls for wearing warmer clothes. In the rest of the regions, night temperatures will rise compared to previous nights, as the weather will be generally pleasant, with minimum temperatures ranging between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
Medium-term weather maps indicate the absence of major weather events in the Kingdom, which requires farmers to take precautionary measures due to the expected lack of rain and semi-dry weather. We ask God to shower us with rain and not make us among the despairing.
And God knows best.
