Saudi Arabia/Update 4:20 p.m.: Rain of varying intensity accompanied by thunder in parts of the Asir Highlands now.

Weather of Arabia - The latest satellite images show the proliferation of quantities of cumulonimbus clouds over several parts of the highlands of the Asir region, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and the falling of papyrus in some areas, leading to flowing valleys and reefs.

The same images show that rain cloud activity is concentrated on the governorates of Mahayil Asir, Barq, and Al-Majaridah. It is also not unlikely that some cumulonimbus formations will affect parts of the Jazan and Al-Baha highlands, accompanied by mostly moderate rain.

It is worth noting that weather forecasts at the Arabia Weather Center indicate a possible decline in the extent and intensity of cumulus formations in the southwestern sector of the Kingdom during the next few days. Before it intensifies significantly and the activity expands again in the last week of the month.
