With the appearance of amounts of clouds at different heights in the morning over the northern and eastern regions, and showers of rain falling on parts of those areas, and it is not excluded that the rains will be in the form of snow showers over the high northern peaks.

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, energizing at times and causing dust and dust.
