Iraq | Atmospheric depression and very cold air mass on Wednesday

Arab weather - Iraq is affected by an air depression and a very cold air mass today, Wednesday, as heavy rains sometimes occur throughout the western, central and eastern regions, and parts of the southern and northern regions, including the capital, Baghdad.

The weather is remarkably cold across the regions, with an opportunity for snow showers over the high areas of the western and eastern regions and also over the northern mountains.

The air depression gradually recedes with the hours of Wednesday / Thursday night, with the weather remaining remarkably cold and an opportunity to form frosts in the western region at dawn and Thursday morning, which includes the city of Rutba and the border region between Iraq and Jordan.
