Weather of Arabia - The official holidays for the government and private sector in the UAE have included five occasions since the beginning of 2021, which are:

  • January 1, 2021 - New Year's Day holiday.
  • 29 Ramadan until 3 Shawwal 1442 - holiday on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
  • Dhu al-Hijjah 9, 1442 - a holiday on the occasion of the Waqf of Arafah.
  • 10-11-12 Dhu al-Hijjah 1442 - a holiday on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
  • 1 Muharram 1443 - Hijri New Year holiday (posted to August 12, 2021).

The Council of Ministers, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved the official holidays agenda for workers in the government and private sectors for the years 2021 and 2022 , to enable all individuals working in various sectors and families, citizens and residents, to Pre-planning holidays and organizing their activities, as well as supporting the national economy in its various sectors.

 

Public holidays for the public and private sectors for the year 2022 may include:

  • January 1, 2022 - New Year's Day holiday.
  • 29 Ramadan until 3 Shawwal 1443 - holiday on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
