Arab Weather - It was announced in Tokyo that 27 people had died from heat stroke within 6 days until August 15, bringing the total to 53 deaths due to high temperatures and heatstroke since the beginning of this month.

Most of the deaths are in the 50-90 age group

According to statistics from the Tokyo Bureau of Social Welfare and Public Health, 27 men and women between the ages of their 50s and 90s died of heat stroke in Tokyo during the six days from the 10th to the 15th of this month.

70% of the deaths were over the age of 70, and 23 of the deaths occurred at home due to the lack of refrigeration equipment.

Since the beginning of this August, the temperature in Tokyo has ranged between 32-37 degrees, and health experts recommend using ventilators constantly and consuming water frequently.

The total number of deaths since the beginning of this month is 53 people from heat stroke in Tokyo.
