وبلغت سرعة الرياح على مدينة جدة الـ 55 كلم/ ساعة بلغت سرعة هباتها الـ 80 كلم/ ساعة عملت على إثارة الأتربة والغبار بشكل كبير، وبالتالي ساهمت بتدن حاد في مدى الرؤية الأفقية.
