وأشارت الإدارة الوطنية للطوارئ ان منسوب نهر باراغواي في العاصمة سيرتفع سنتيمتراً واحداً كل يوم في شكل مستمر حتى 10 تموز الُمقبل ! بسبب استمرار هطول الامطار .
