وأضاف أن المملكة على موعد مع عاصفة شتوية ماطرة بامتياز ، وان العاصفة مسرة قد تساهم في كسر حالة الانحباس المطري الشديد الذي عانت منه المملكة خلال الأشهر السابقة .
