"هالونغ" تتمركز حالياً فوق الأجزاء الشرقية لجزيرة "شيكوكو" وستواصل تحركها شمالاً شرقاً بسرعة 25 كم / ساعة لتؤثر خلال الساعات القليلة القادمة على جزيرة "تشوغوكو" وأجزاء من "كيوتو" ولعدة ساعات .. ومن ثم تغادر بعدها أراضي اليابان مساءاً متوجهةً نحو أقصى شرق الأراضي الروسية .
