Arab Weather - With the end of Hurricane Milton, which hit the US state of Florida, the state witnessed an unprecedented scene as alligators began to roam the streets of Florida and enter the homes of residents. The Wall Street Journal reported that after the hurricane swept through, Florida residents began to encounter alligators in the streets and yards that were flooded with water, and even inside their homes.
Social media has been circulating several videos documenting the presence of alligators in flooded areas. One video showed an alligator resting on the front porch of a home in Tampa on Thursday morning. In another video, a resident expressed shock when he entered his home and discovered a large alligator in the middle of the house.

According to local news reports, a car was attacked by an alligator while passing through floodwaters north of Fort Myers on Wednesday night. In another equally bizarre sight, an alligator was caught on video swimming with a shark between boats docked in a Florida port. With such incidents on the rise, wildlife experts have warned that flooding allows alligators to move around more easily, and that they may be looking for places to hide from the storm, increasing the likelihood of them entering homes.
Experts have urged local residents to be careful and not to interact with or touch these animals, as they are dangerous. The floods caused by the hurricane have increased the movements of these animals, making the situation more complicated and dangerous.
The Washington Post reported Friday that the death toll from Hurricane Milton in Florida has reached 16, citing local authorities. The devastating hurricane made landfall on the state's west-central coast late Wednesday and was a Category 3 storm on the Saffir-Simpson scale when it made landfall.
