وجاء الإعلان بشكلٍ مفاجئ فجر اليوم عبر الحساب الرسمي للإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة حائل وجامعة حائل على موقع "تويتر" فجر اليوم الإثنين.

 

أما عن الحالة الجوية التي تمر بها منطقة حائل فهي ناتجة عن تأثر المنطقة بحالة من عدم الإستقرار الجوي شكّلت عواصف رملية قوية أثرت على حائل عملت على تدني مدى الرؤية الأفقية إلى ما دون الـ 200 متر.
