لذا يُنصح بعدم التعرض المباشر والطويل لأشعة الشمس، خاصة خلال ساعات الذروة ما بين الساعه 10 صباحًا وحتى الخامسة مساءً؛ تجنبًا لضربات الشمس وأي مضاعفات بسبب الحرارات العالية.
