Fog chances are increasing to include large areas on Wednesday/Thursday night

It is expected, God willing, that the chances of fog formation will begin with the late night hours of Wednesday/Thursday night and during the dawn and Thursday morning to include different regions of Qatar and Bahrain, in addition to the expansion of the fog in the Emirates to include opportunities in large parts of the interior and coastal regions, including major cities, and it is not excluded that The fog is sometimes thick, causing a decrease in the horizontal visibility below 1000 meters during the peak period.

Fog chances continue on Thursday/Friday night

Chances of fog forming on parts of Qatar and parts of the coastal and interior regions of the Emirates will continue on Thursday/Friday night, while the chances of fog will fade in Bahrain, and it is not excluded that the fog will be thick sometimes in some areas so that the horizontal visibility drops again to less than 1000 meters sometimes.

What is the reason for the expected formation of thick fog?

The expected fog in the south of the Arabian Gulf is one of the types, which is radioactive fog, and the scientific reason for its formation is due to the rush of air currents saturated with moisture moving from the Arabian Gulf towards the land, coinciding with the atmosphere free of clouds where temperatures drop and the surface of the earth cools rapidly, coinciding with the stillness Wind speed, where condensation occurs and fog forms.

Here, it should be noted that the chances of fog will continue until the late morning hours, so the Arab Weather website advises, in light of the foggy conditions, to:
