• The atmospheric pressure in the Arctic is expected to be higher than the average, which increases the chances of atmospheric depressions rushing in the middle latitudes, including the British island and the north of the European continent.
• This leads to an improvement in the chances of rain in the southwest of the Kingdom, and it is feared that the valleys will run out and form torrents.
• The weather is generally very hot "above normal" in most areas.

Second month: August 2022

General forecast for the month

• The subtropical high altitude is intense over the north of the Arabian Peninsula.
• This leads to an intensification of hot masses on the Arabian Peninsula, especially in the north, while the temperature is within its normal rates in the southern parts of it.
• It is expected that the chances and intensity of monsoon rains will improve in Yemen and southwest Saudi Arabia, while observing the chance of torrential rains and possibly floods.
