وأعدت مديرية الدفاع المدني بالمنطقة الشرقية خطة لمواجهة الحوادث التي قد تنتج عن الأمطار والسيول، بهدف اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة والمناسبة للحفاظ على الأرواح وحماية الممتلكات وتوفير السلامة من حوادث الأمطار والسيول بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية بتنفيذ تدابير الخطة، وفقًا لـ "سبق".
