موقع ArabiaWeather.com – أعلن الاتحاد الدولى لكرة القدم (فيفا) اليوم الجمعة بأن بطولة كأس العالم 2022 فى قطر ستقام على مدار 28 يوماً فقط، وذلك بدءًا من 21 نوفمبر إلى 18 ديسمبر 2022، وذلك على عكس جميع كؤوس العالم السابقة والتي تُقام في مُنتصف فصل الصيف.

 

وجاء هذا الإعلان بسبب طبيعة حالة الطقس في دولة قطر خلال فصل الصيف، والتي تشهد دوماً أجواءً شديدة الحرارة ترتفع بها درجات الحرارة لما يفوق 45 درجة مئوية.

 

وتواجه إقامة بطولة كأس العالم في قطر اعتراضاً كبيراً لا سيّما من اتحادات كُرة القدم في القارة الأوروبية، خاصة وأن إقامة البطولة في هذا الوقت سيضطر هذه الاتحادات لتغيير موعد موسمها الكروي ليتلائم مع موعد البطولة، حيثُ تكون أغلب البطولات الأوروبية في ذروتها خلال شهري نوفمبر وديسمبر.
