موقع طقس العرب - رصد المركز الوطني بهيئة المساحة الجيولوجية صباح اليوم الجمعة هزة أرضية‬ على بعد 14 كم شمال النماص،‬ بقوة 2.7 درجات على مقياس ريختر ، وتقع الهزة على عمق 6.8 كم.

 

وأكد مدير عام المركز الدكتور هاني زهران بأن الهزة لم تسبب بأي أضرار بشرية.

 

من جانب آخر أشار المتحدث الرسمي للهيئة طارق أباالخيل إلى وجود فريق عمل من إدارة الدراسات والأبحاث الزلزالية التابع للمركز الوطني للزلازل والبراكين بالهيئة، يقومون بعمل استبيان ميداني لهزة النماص، للوقوف وإعداد دراسة عن الأضرار الناجمة من الهزات الأرضية التي تعرضت لها المنطقة.
