موقع طقس العرب-أحمد سالم- من المتوقع هبوب رياح  (الصبا) من السبت 16 ديسمبر حتي منتصف الاسبوع علي سواحل البحر الاحمر للمملكه  تشمل شمال جدة ورابغ وينبع  وتعمل هذه الرياح علي إثارة الغبار الخفيف مع ساعات الصباح.

وتهب رياح الصبا خاصة أثناء ساعات الصباح بفعل تمركز كتله هوائية بارده علي مناطق واسعة من الجزيرة العربية تعمل بناء مرتفع سطحي قوي في تلك المناطق بالتزامن مع تواجد كتلة هوائيه  أكثر دفئا علي البحر الأحمر.

و يعني ذلك هبوب الرياح من المناطق البارده (وسط المملكه) نحو المناطق الادفء نسبيا (سواحل البحر الأحمر) و تكون سرعه الرياح نشطة مع هبات قد تصل إلي حدود 60 كم بالساعة.
