Weather of Arabia - The province of Ilocos Norte in the Philippines was exposed today to an earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale , according to what was announced by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. The epicenter of the earthquake occurred 16 kilometers from the municipality of Pagudpud in the province, and its depth was about 100 kilometers, so far. There were no reports of human casualties or material damage as a result of this earthquake.
