Sultanate of Oman - Update 6:20 PM: Thunderstorms accompanied by heavy rain in several governorates, including Muscat now.

Arabia Weather - The latest satellite images from the Regional Arabia Weather Center indicate that many governorates of the Sultanate, including Muscat, South and North Al Batinah, North Al Batinah, in addition to parts of the governorates of Al Dhahirah, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Buraimi and Musandam, continue to be affected by cumulonimbus clouds accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity. Accompanied by the occasional occurrence of thunderstorms and activity in downward currents.

It warns of the possibility of significant flow into valleys and reefs, in addition to high water levels on some roads.
