Weather of Arabia - The latest weather maps, resulting from the so-called computer simulation, indicate expectations that the Sultanate's atmosphere will be affected by a groove from an air depression, starting from Monday 4-24-2023, and this groove deepens at the end of the week and brings rainfall to most of the governorates, God willing.

Cumulonimbus clouds multiply in the afternoon and evening hours over the governorates of North Sharqiyah and South Sharqiyah, in addition to the mountain heights located in Muscat, Al Dakhiliyah and South Al Batinah.

Some scattered rain clouds extend to parts of the Dhofar and Al Wusta governorates.

Rain is renewed daily in many governorates of the Sultanate throughout the week

It is expected that chances of thunderstorms will continue on Tuesday in different parts of the eastern and central regions, in addition to the Hajar Mountains and neighboring areas, and these rains will be of varying intensity and accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms sometimes and activity in the downward winds.

And the groove of the depression deepens over the Sultanate’s airspace on Wednesday, so that the rains include large parts of the north Sharqiyah, the south Sharqiyah, the interior, the Hajar Mountains and the neighboring areas, and some rain clouds extend to parts of the coasts of the Sea of Oman, and the rain is sometimes heavy and leads to Flow of valleys and reefs. It is also expected that some rain clouds will cover parts of the Dhofar and Al Wusta governorates.
