In detail: Current forecasts indicate the flow of good amounts of moisture in all layers of the atmosphere during Wednesday and Thursday, which will lead, God willing, to the formation of cumulus clouds over parts of Dhofar and Al Wusta governorates, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, sometimes accompanied by thunder.

Weather forecasters said that the chances of rain were absent from the Sultanate during the past period due to the absence of the upper influence and the weakness of the tropical humidity flowing into the Sultanate.
