Weather of Arabia - On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, was honored today by washing the Holy Kaaba, today by washing the Holy Kaaba. Stages of washing the Holy Kaaba

The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques Affairs reviewed the stages of washing the Holy Kaaba as follows:

• The first stage: the preparation stage

1. Prepare 20 liters of blessed Zamzam water, divided into two gallons made of silver, each with a capacity of 10 liters.
2. Each gallon contains 10 liters of Zamzam water mixed with 549 ml of Taif rose water, 24 ml of high-quality Taif rose oil, 24 ml of Al-Haram oud oil, and 3 ml of musk, all mixed well before using it to perfume the walls and floor of the Kaaba.
3. 10 liters of Zamzam water are placed in another gallon made of silver without any additives and used to rinse the floor of the Kaaba with 5 liters of the mixture for perfuming the Kaaba.
4. Before the washing process, the Kaaba is fumigated with the finest types of oud, and about half a kilo of luxurious oud is consumed.

• The second stage: the stage of preparing the tools

Prepare the special tools used for washing, using luxurious cotton cloths lined with cotton and embroidered with the logo of the Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques. These pieces are used to clean and moisturize the walls and pillars of the Kaaba after moistening them with the mixture, while adding drops of oud directly to the pieces before the mopping process.

• The third stage: drying stage

Use drying tools equipped with decorated silver handles printed with the logo of the Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques and the poetic verse: “It is the Kaaba, the brightest Kaaba. How light the scent is, and how pure the walls can be washed with light.” These tools are used in the process of drying the washing water inside the Kaaba.
