ووصف نائب حاكم يوتا سبنسر كوكس في تغريدة له على موقع تويتر، السيول بالمأساه الجديدة التي تضرب المنطقة. كما نبهت السلطات السكان إلى ضرورة غلي المياه بسبب ما لحق بنظام المياه من أضرار.

 

ولقي 4 أشخاص حتفهم في متنزه زيون الوطني إلى الشمال، فيما فقد ثلاثة آخرون بعدما ذهبوا لاستكشاف أودية منخفضة يوم الاثنين الماضي، حسب رويترز

 

وشارك مئات المتطوعين في البحث عن شخص مفقود في مدينة هيلدال الصغيرة في يوتا بعدما اجتاحت السيول الشوارع، وفقا لمسؤولين في مقاطعة واشنطن.
