ArabiaWeather.com - The American company "Nicolas Labs" has created a technology that makes the structure of the iPhone 6 smartphone convert the lost radio waves that surround the device into electrical energy to charge the phone's battery, a technology that relies on the idea of renewable energy.

According to the company, more than 90% of the energy transferred to smartphones is lost in the air, and this energy can be recycled and used again, and through the use of an antenna that collects the scattered radio waves in the air and converts them into electricity that charges the phone battery.

The power from the antenna will be enough to extend the battery life by approximately 30% before it needs to be recharged from a direct mains power source.
