وكانت إدارة الدفاع المدني قد أخلت قرية "قلبية" التابعة لمحافظة صبيا بمنطقة جازان بعد فيضان سد بيش، وتسببت الفيضانات والسيول بإلحاق أضرارٍ جسيمة ببعض المنازل الواقعة على ضفتي الوادي.
