urgent | Kuwait: Education calls on schools to activate the distance education system in an urgent bulletin issued by the Undersecretary for Public Education

Weather of Arabia - Undersecretary of Public Education, Osama Al-Sultan, called in an urgent bulletin, a copy of which "al-Anbaa" received, called for educational districts, religious and private education, and the Department of Special Education to activate "ONLINE" distance education through the "Microsoft Teams" application to work with it on Thursday

In his bulletin, Al-Sultan said, with reference to the decision of the Ministry of Education to suspend work in schools on Thursday, corresponding to 13/4/2023 AD, due to the instability of the weather, and in order to preserve the safety of our educated children. Commitment to the following:

• Getting ready tomorrow, Wednesday, corresponding to 4/12/2023, to activate “ONLINE” distance learning through the “Microsoft Teams” application, for Thursday, corresponding to 4/13/2023 AD
• Distribute virtual classes and classes to teachers and learners using Microsoft Teams
• Clarify how to operate the Microsoft Teams application for learners, and work to activate the accounts of new teachers
• Emphasizing the directors of educational affairs and stage monitors to follow up the progress of the educational process, and ensure that all schools are ready to activate ONLINE distance education and implement the above
