<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><strong>Arab Weather -</strong> Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh issued Defense Order No. 23 of 2020 issued under the provisions of Defense Law No. 13 of 1992.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> <strong>Next comes its text</strong> : Defense Order No. 23 of 2020 issued under the provisions of Defense Law No. 13 of 1992.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 and Article 4 of Defense Law No. 13 of 1992, to face the exacerbation of the spread of the Coronavirus epidemic, and to ensure the availability of health care for the injured, I decide to issue the following defense order:</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> <strong>First: The</strong> Minister of Health is authorized to take possession of any hospital in whole or in part and its contents and to instruct its departments and workers to continue operating it to receive patients with the Coronavirus epidemic transferred from the Ministry of Health only.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> <strong>Second</strong> : The Minister of Health is authorized to set a pricing for the treatment of Corona patients who are being treated at their expense in private hospitals.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> <strong>Third</strong> : Whoever violates this defense order shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than three months and not exceeding three years.</p>
