Weather of Arabia - The ancient Greeks made a list of the places that man created and believed that people should see them. This list is called the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Greeks chose seven wonders because the number 7 symbolizes perfection in their culture, but most of these landmarks no longer exist, so seven other landmarks have been chosen so far to be the new list of the strangest places man-made.

New Seven Wonders of the World

Machu Picchu was built by the Inca people in the fifteenth century. The city is located in Cuzco, Peru, at an altitude of 2,340 meters above sea level. The pyramid of El Castillo, meaning "castle", (24 m) rises above Chichén Itzá in Yucatan, Mexico. The pyramid was built after the conquest of the ancient Mayan city in the 10th century. As a testament to the astronomical capabilities of the Maya, the structure features a total of 365 steps, which is the number of days in a solar year.
