A sudden malfunction in the European numerical model and the start of a gradual return to service

Weather of Arabia - An e-mail from the European Center arrived at the Arabia Weather Center stating that the issuance of the 12Z update (known as the evening update of the model) was delayed due to network connectivity problems. As a result, many websites and services ( including the Badr System Service ) do not have updated data from the form.
