Arab Weather - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been affected by a heat wave in the past few days, and temperatures have risen significantly. It is expected that the warm weather will be followed by a cold air mass rushing in from the north, accompanied by a strong high pressure system, which will cause a significant drop in temperatures and the prevalence of very cold weather in various northern regions during the night hours, starting from Saturday.
God willing, in the coming days, temperatures are expected to drop in the northern regions, and the weather will be cold in the north of the Kingdom up to Hail. As for Riyadh and the rest of the central regions, temperatures will be close to their averages for this time of year, ranging in the early twenties Celsius in the capital, Riyadh, and the weather will be pleasant, while it tends to be hot on the western coasts of the Kingdom.
God willing, temperatures are expected to be in the early thirties Celsius in various areas of the western coasts of the Kingdom during the coming days, including the city of Jeddah, where the weather tends to be hot during the day and moderate during the night.
The weather during the night hours is very cold in the northern regions of the Kingdom, where temperatures drop to near zero degrees Celsius, especially near the Earth's surface. This is due to several weather factors, including the short solar radiation during the day, which leads to a weak amount of thermal energy acquired, and this is offset by the long night hours, which results in the Earth losing thermal energy, which is basically low.
As for the rest of the regions, the weather is generally cold, with minimum temperatures in the capital, Riyadh, ranging from 10-11 degrees Celsius, while they reach about 24 degrees Celsius on the western coasts of the Kingdom, and the weather is moderate in those regions.
And God knows best.
