وتسببت قوة الرياح بالعديد من الأضرار المادية حيث تطايرت واجهات المحلات التجارية والأسقف الخشبية وسقطت أعمدة الإنارة، كما طالت الأضرار ملحقات بعض المنازل واقتلعت الأشجار وانقطعت الكهرباء عن الطريق الساحلي وبعض القرى المحاذية له. وشهدت عدد من قرى المركز أمطار متوسطة إلى غزيرة.
