Weather of Arabia - Emirates Airlines revealed new requirements for travelers to enter Dubai.
The company clarified that as of Saturday (February 26, 2022), passengers traveling to Dubai from all countries (including the Gulf Cooperation Council) must meet one of the following requirements:
This means that travelers to Dubai as a final destination who have received two or more doses of the Corona vaccine, can travel without the need to do a PCR examination before departure, provided that they present the certificate of the vaccine in which the QR Code and the type of vaccine approved by the World Health Organization are shown.
Upon request, passengers must undergo a PCR test upon arrival in Dubai and self-quarantine in order to obtain a negative result. In the event that the traveler's examination result is positive, he must follow the instructions issued by the competent health authority in the Emirate of Dubai.
The company confirmed that printed or digital BCR test certificates or vaccination certificates are accepted in both Arabic and English, noting the need to include a QR code, while certificates are not accepted via text messages, and vaccination certificates in other languages can be accepted if they are validated in departure point.
She indicated that the rules and conditions of entry to the final destination will be applied to transit passengers.
