Makkah Now | Thunderstorms accompanied by varying amounts of rain affect the Grand Mosque

Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The latest satellite images from the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate the development of large amounts of cumulonimbus clouds, which are currently concentrated in the skies of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the holy sites, including the Grand Mosque, accompanied by showers of varying intensity and active surface winds.

It is worth noting that the holy sites and all the western and southwestern parts of the Kingdom are affected by a state of atmospheric instability, which leads to the proliferation of clouds and occasional rainfall.
