Sinan Khalaf - With increasing indications that the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, including the Holy Sites, will be affected by unstable weather conditions on multiple days this week, there are also increasing indications of the possibility of remnants of thunderclouds extending towards the coastal parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, including the city of Jeddah.

In details, the latest outputs of our computer simulation systems at the “Arab Regional Weather Center” indicate that seasonal rains will intensify and expand in the southwest and west of the Kingdom, starting from Monday until Wednesday, to include large parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, so that cumulus thunderclouds will form. During the noon and afternoon hours on a daily basis, showers of rain fall, and it is not unlikely that they will be heavy at times and accompanied by hail showers.

Experts at the Arab Regional Weather Center believe that there is a high possibility that the remnants of these clouds will move westward towards the city of Jeddah, sometimes accompanied by showers of varying intensity of rain, and may be accompanied by descending winds that raise dust and dust, and a decrease and perhaps a lack of horizontal visibility.
