Arab Weather - Weather forecasts still indicate that Western European countries will continue to be affected by a series of deep depressions, which are accompanied by heavy rains and strong winds accompanied by severe gusts in some areas.
The weather maps issued this morning, Monday, by Arab Weather indicate that another Atlantic storm is approaching Britain, a few days after the end of the last storm, Iowin, which is considered the fifth this season and the strongest in the last 10 years, and which left severe damage in several areas of the United Kingdom.
The Atlantic storm is expected to hit Britain on Monday with winds of nearly 100 km/h and heavy rain in several areas, raising the risk of flooding again, in addition to blowing away outdoor belongings and breaking trees due to strong winds.
Weather forecasters at Arab Weather said that a series of Atlantic storms are expected to include the countries of southwestern Europe, including Spain, France and Portugal, starting today, Monday, and will continue over the coming days. It is expected that the air depressions will be accompanied by high humidity coming from the Atlantic Ocean, which increases the risk of recurrence of the occurrence of silver, as happened previously in Spain.
Arab Weather experts said that weather forecasts indicate that the jet stream will repeatedly meander towards Western European countries in the coming days, forcing cold air masses to rush towards those areas continuously, as the jet stream is responsible for directing cold air masses and tracking the movement and path of the jet stream.
Atlantic storms are usually accompanied by huge amounts of moisture and rain, which is explained by the rush of very cold polar winds towards the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, which leads to a record and rapid drop in atmospheric pressure and causes a rapid development of cumulonimbus clouds (cloud bursts) which are fed by huge amounts of Atlantic moisture responsible for heavy rainfall and flooding.
