The valley has been classified as a natural reserve due to the presence of butterflies and flowers. The area of the reserve is 86,000 square meters adorned with forests and fruit trees that attract many types of butterflies. The area also includes a waterfall flowing from a height of 350 meters, and a beautiful beach.

You can reach the Butterfly Valley on foot from the village of Faralya, but you should be accompanied by a knowledgeable guide from the area because you will walk through rugged paths in the forests and rocky terrain of the mountains. If you are looking for an easier way, it is by taxi boats from Oludeniz in the town of Fethiye.

There is not much accommodation in the Butterfly Valley, and it is limited to tents or wooden huts that may not have electricity, but it is an opportunity to get away from the daily life that has been printed by technology.

As for restaurants, the area has only one restaurant that serves its meals at an expensive price compared to the prices of food in Fethiye and Oludeniz, and therefore travelers with limited budgets purchase canned food before traveling to the Butterfly Valley.
