Arab Weather - In continuation of the rain-deprivation situation that the Kingdom is experiencing, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and Holy Places called on citizens today, Thursday, December 26, 2024, to perform the Istisqa prayer tomorrow, Friday, December 27, 2024, in all regions of the Kingdom, in revival of the Noble Prophetic Sunnah.

The ministry said in a press statement today, Thursday, that the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khalayleh, circulated to the directors of endowments in the Kingdom, imams and preachers, to perform the Istisqa prayer, after Friday prayers.

Al-Khalayleh urged people to increase their good deeds, such as seeking forgiveness, repentance, giving charity, fasting, returning grievances to their owners, and maintaining family ties, in order to reinforce noble values.
