Russia also decided to ban non-scheduled "charter" flights and stop selling tickets for tourist trips to Turkey. The restrictions also included the imposition of entry visas on Turkish citizens and the prohibition of the use of Turkish labor in Russia, and these measures entered into force starting from the beginning of 2016.
