There are many films about nature, the environment, climate, and cosmic disasters, whether documentaries or non-documentaries. Some of them shed light on the problem of climate change , which is one of the most important phenomena that our planet suffers from in recent years.

- The Day After Tomorrow: A Canadian-USA co-production film in 2004. The film is about the end of the world as we know it and the beginning of an ice age that threatens humanity, as a result of the effects of global warming and climate change.
- The Age of Stupid: The Movie is an animated drama-documentary film starring Pete Postlethwaite as a man living alone in the devastated world of 2055, watches archive film and wonders, "Why didn't we stop climate change when we had the chance?"
- Waterworld: The movie goes to a future where the polar ice caps are already melting as the planet nearly sinks. Here, a man comes and rescues a woman and a girl and tries to find dry land. The film shows what the effects of climate change look like. However, the movie did not achieve much success.
- Cool It: The film focuses on the hero's ideas in lectures aimed at making the environmental movement less hype and more realistic and practical, including efforts to stop global warming.
- Merchants of Doubt: A 2010 film about scientists' conspiracy to obscure the truth about issues like tobacco smoke and global warming.
