In the details, the China Meteorological Authority announced in a statement on Monday that the meteorological station in the village of Sanbao in the Xinjiang region recorded a record temperature of 52.2 degrees Celsius, breaking the highest record recorded in the city of Turpan in July 2017, when The temperature reached 50.6 degrees Celsius.

The temperature on Earth's surface reached 80 degrees Celsius

The Meteorological Authority also announced that the surface temperatures under the sun's rays had reached unprecedented levels, as Sanbao Village in Xinjiang recorded 80 degrees Celsius on the surface of the earth.

The Chinese authorities asked citizens to stay at home

In view of the repercussions of the heat wave raging in the region, the government called on citizens in the city of Turpan, workers and students, to stay in their homes and provided vehicles for spraying water on the roads, and the statement stated that surface temperatures reached 80 degrees Celsius in parts of Turpan on Sunday.
