Arab Weather - Satellite images in the Arab Regional Weather Center monitor the presence of a deep tropical depression over the waters of the Bay of Bengal, where huge amounts of cumulus clouds are now gathering over the Gulf waters, and it is noted that they begin to rotate over the Gulf waters.
The surface temperatures of the warm Gulf waters of 30 degrees Celsius contribute to the development of the deep tropical depression into a tropical storm during the coming hours, moving east towards the coasts of eastern India, and it is likely that the tropical system will reach Bangladesh and the northeastern parts of India on Wednesday morning, accompanied by strong winds and rain. Heavy cause torrential rains and floods.
Some numerical models suggest that the tropical storm will develop into a Category 1 hurricane before it reaches the eastern coasts of India, but this is still in the process of monitoring and more reports will be issued in the coming days, God willing.
