Syria and Lebanon: The low pressure system will be on the coastal areas and will extend less severely towards the interior, where rain will be heavy to very heavy and accompanied by thunderstorms and hail. Rainfall is expected to be heavy on the coastal areas, and snow will fall on the high mountainous elevations, including the coastal heights in Syria, where the snow will be heavy and accumulated in many areas.
