Weather forecasters said that the weather system will begin to affect Tunisia and Libya starting today, Friday, as it is expected that atmospheric disturbance will form in those areas in the form of a state of atmospheric instability, and clouds will multiply at different altitudes and random showers of rain will fall in different parts of Tunisia, especially the eastern regions.
At the same time, Libya will be affected by a state of atmospheric instability on Friday, as local showers of rain are expected to fall in scattered areas of Libya, especially the western and northwestern parts.
Weather forecasts indicate that the low pressure system will move eastward on Saturday, away from Tunisian territory, and its impact on Libyan territory will continue in the form of a state of atmospheric instability, as rain is expected to fall, sometimes accompanied by thunder, in the northwestern regions of Libya, including the capital, Tripoli, while local showers of rain will fall in the rest of the regions.
Arab Weather experts said that the weather maps indicate that the low pressure system will continue to move eastward, with its effects reaching the Arab Republic of Egypt on Sunday morning and noon, where it is expected that a state of atmospheric instability will form and thunderstorms will fall in parts of the northern and coastal regions, including parts of Marsa Matrouh, Alexandria, the Delta regions, and the northern part of Lower Egypt. The rain will be heavy at times, accompanied by thunder and hail at times.
According to weather data, it is expected that during the evening hours of Sunday, the upper influence will move towards the north of the Arabian Peninsula, which will lead to the emergence of a state of atmospheric instability coinciding with the expansion of the Red Sea depression. Thunderstorms are expected to fall in parts of the north and northwest of Saudi Arabia, including parts of the Tabuk region, Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, and the areas west of the Medina region.
Weather forecasters said that the northern Arabian Peninsula will be affected by a state of atmospheric instability on Sunday evening and Monday morning in response to the extension of the Red Sea depression, and local showers of rain are expected to fall, including parts of southeastern Jordan and western Iraq.
On Monday and Tuesday, the state of instability is expected to intensify in the north of the Arabian Peninsula, as the area of thunderstorms is expected to expand in Saudi Arabia, with the rain covering large parts of western and northern Saudi Arabia, reaching the north of the Riyadh region and parts of the Eastern Region. The rain will be accompanied by heavy showers at times and hail.
Thunderstorms are also expected to extend to parts of the State of Kuwait on Tuesday and Wednesday, God willing.
