<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">ArabiaWeather.com - The Emirate of Dubai announced the launch of a residential and hotel apartment complex project, which includes a beach and an artificial rainforest, at a cost of $300 million.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> This project will be the first hotel in the Middle East for the new brand called "Rosmont", which is managed by Hilton Worldwide.
