ArabiaWeather.com - The Emirate of Dubai announced the launch of a residential and hotel apartment complex project, which includes a beach and an artificial rainforest, at a cost of $300 million.
This project will be the first hotel in the Middle East for the new brand called "Rosmont", which is managed by Hilton Worldwide. According to the "Arabian Business" website.
The project includes two towers of 47 floors, one of which contains 450 hotel apartments, while the other contains 280 service apartments, in addition to a health club, a dining area, a shopping center, and a VIP lounge.
A five-storey podium will be built between the two towers and will connect them to an artificial beach and rainforest, while the project is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
