Al-Hussaini: 5 reasons make the rainy situation affecting the Kingdom a historic one

Weather of Arabia - The researcher in weather and climate, founding member of the Climate Nomenclature Committee, Abdulaziz Al-Hussaini, said that the rainy situation is expected to continue to afflict the Kingdom during the coming days, indicating that this situation is historical at this time.

Al-Hussaini explained, through his Twitter account, that the rainy situation is historical for this time of the year for five reasons:

• The expansion of the situation, as it included most regions of the Kingdom and the Gulf states
• Most of the clouds were heavy rain with hailstones and caused torrential rains
• And that the time of precipitation is long, sometimes hours, as happened on the evening of Saturday 24 Ramadan and Sunday 25 Ramadan.”
• “The weather is moderate during the day and refreshingly cold in the morning, which is more like a winter condition, even though we are in the spring season.”
• Dust storms are rare in the state.
